Paypal or credit card payments through Paypal (Note: You do NOT need a to have a Paypal account to use a credit card through Paypal, and all payments are secure through Paypal). Checks, Western Union, phone credit card orders, or money orders are also accepted and can be sent to Designer Geckos, PO Box 6008, Longmont, CO 80501. Please contact us if you choose to pay by check or money order. Your geckos will be released for shipment once your check clears....please include all pertinent shipping and contact information with your order. Paypal payments should be sent to designergeckos@hotmail.com. Colorado residents must add 4.8% sales tax to their order (not on shipping).
- We will put a 14 day hold on your gecko with a 25% non-refundable deposit.

- If weather or other shipping conditions are not favorable at the time of your order, we will contact you to let you know when the gecko will be shipped so we can coordinate the process efficiently.
- Geckos will be shipped via Fedex overnight for $45 (Continental US), $25 in Colorado, and $60 to Alaska for delivery the next day before 11:00am. (Add an additional $75 for delivery to the Hamm Germany shows.) Someone at your end must be available to sign for and receive your gecko when delivered. We are a FEDEX certified reptile shipper.
- Please contact us within 14 days of your receipt of shipment if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and we will work out an arrangement to resolve the issue. We will refund your money or offer you a replacement (if available). We extend a 14 day full money-back guarantee on all of our geckos. You ship the geckos back to us and we'll refund 100% of the purchase price of the gecko! We are the only breeder to offer this guarantee...that's how confident we are in our animals. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.
- Shipping in cold weather is no problem for us....we use styrofoam insulated shipping boxes with free heat packs included.....we've even shipped to the North Pole!
